Lindsay Lohan sentenced to jail

Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lohan's probation on October 19 and will officially decide if Lohan violated the terms of her sentence after she was terminated from her court ordered community service at the Downtown Women's center for repeatedly failing to appear.

Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced Lohan on Wednesday to 30 days in jail and warned the actress there would be plenty more time behind bars if she violated further court orders. The actress has until Nov. 9 to report for her jail term, and Sautner ruled she cannot serve house arrest, as she did previously this year.
