18 year old Angela Viscount from Newark won the coveted title of Miss Delaware Teen USA 2012 during a pageant held on November 28, 2011.
The 1st run-up was Holt Querey. 2nd run-up place went to Ivy-Lyn Sia. The 3rd run-up was Nadirah Aaliyah. And completing the top 5 as the 4th run-up was Ana Fernandez-Davila.
Angela Viscount will represent Delaware in Miss Teen USA 2012 next year.
